- 4 large fresh oranges, peeled and chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Wash and peel the oranges, removing excess white pith. Chop them into small pieces.
- Grate the fresh ginger.
