  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve some pasta water before draining.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add sesame oil. Sauté bell peppers and broccoli for about 3-4 minutes until bright and slightly tender.
  3. Push vegetables aside; add the sliced steak to the skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes until browned on both sides.

  5. Pour in soy sauce, Sriracha, brown sugar, and reserved pasta water; stir to combine and let simmer for another minute.
  6. Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet until fully coated with the sauce; cook for an additional minute.
