  • 3 tbsp harissa paste
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 (15 oz) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat chickpeas dry and toss with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Spread on one side of the baking sheet.
  3. In another bowl, mix harissa paste, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper for the glaze.
  4. Place salmon fillets on the other side of the baking sheet and brush with harissa glaze.
  5. Roast for 15-20 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork and chickpeas are golden brown.
