  • 8 small flour or corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ¼ cup ranch dressing (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Cook chicken in a pot of water over medium heat until fully cooked and tender (about 15-20 minutes). Shred the chicken.

  3. Place filling along one edge of each tortilla and roll tightly, tucking in the sides.
