  • 1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
  • 1 cup chopped pecans (toasted)
  • 1 cup whipped cream (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). If making your own crust, combine crushed graham crackers with melted butter, press into a pie dish, and bake for 10 minutes until golden brown.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together chocolate pudding mix and milk for about 2 minutes until thickened.
  3. Pour half of the pudding into the cooled crust. Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with pecans. Add remaining pudding, then repeat with caramel drizzle and pecan topping.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Before serving, top with whipped cream, additional caramel sauce, and pecans.
