  • 1 cup jasmine rice

  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (toasted)

Instructions

  1. Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water. Combine with 2 cups of water in a pot, bring to boil, reduce heat, cover, and cook for 15 minutes until fluffy.
  2. Cut the pork tenderloin into bite-sized cubes and marinate with teriyaki sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger for at least 30 minutes.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced bell peppers and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until softened but still crunchy.
  4. Add the marinated pork to the skillet and cook for about 8 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  5. Pour the reserved marinade over the mixture in the skillet and simmer for another 5 minutes until thickened.
  6. Serve over jasmine rice, garnished with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
