  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish with nonstick spray or parchment paper.
  2. Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until clear; cook according to package instructions.
  3. In a bowl, mix cooked rice with mayonnaise, soy sauce, and seafood until well combined.
  4. Spread the rice mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  5. Combine panko breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the rice. Top with sesame seeds and green onions.
