  • 1/2 cup Kewpie mayonnaise

  • 1 sheet nori, shredded
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. 2. Spread the cooked sushi rice evenly in the bottom of the baking dish.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine diced ahi tuna, crab meat, mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, salt, and pepper; fold gently to combine.
