  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 cup day-old sourdough bread, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup grated fresh parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh herbs (parsley and dill), chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
