Instructions

  1. Chop the onion, garlic, and bell pepper.

  3. Pour in the chicken broth over the mixture.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  5. Once cooked (165°F internal temperature), shred the chicken in the pot and stir to combine.
