  • 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz lump crab meat
  • 15 oz whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • Fresh basil and parsley (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Whisk in flour until smooth; gradually add milk while whisking continuously until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Sauté shrimp in a skillet until pink (about 3 minutes), then add crab meat to heat through.
  4. Spread a layer of béchamel in the baking dish. Layer noodles, half of the seafood mixture, dollops of ricotta, chopped herbs, béchamel, and mozzarella. Repeat layers, finishing with béchamel and mozzarella on top.
  5. Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
