Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface until about 1/8-inch thick.
  3. Brush the melted butter over the pastry. Evenly sprinkle with chopped pecans, grated Parmesan, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  4. Tightly roll the pastry from both edges toward the center until they meet in the middle.
  5. Slice the rolled pastry into 1/2-inch thick pieces and arrange them cut-side up on baking sheets.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and flaky. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
