  • 1 lb thinly sliced deli roast beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup horseradish sauce
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup sliced dill pickles (optional)
  • 1/2 cup sautéed onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Slice slider buns in half horizontally and place in the baking dish. Spread horseradish sauce on each bottom bun.
  3. Layer the sliced roast beef evenly over the bottom buns and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  4. Place the top buns over the filling, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle garlic powder if desired.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from oven, slice into individual sliders, and serve warm with extra horseradish sauce.
