  • 4 oz thinly sliced corned beef
  • ¼ cup drained sauerkraut
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 tbsp Russian or Thousand Island dressing

  1. Gather all ingredients for seamless assembly.
  2. Spread softened butter on one side of each slice of rye bread.
  3. On the unbuttered side of one slice, layer corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese. Top with another slice of bread (buttered side facing out).
