  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup cream cheese frosting (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate candy coating (white or dark)
  • Lollipop sticks

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water until smooth.
  2. Pour batter into a greased baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely.
  3. Crumble the cooled cake into fine pieces in a large bowl. Mix in cream cheese frosting until well combined.
  4. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Melt chocolate coating according to package instructions. Dip each chilled cake ball into melted chocolate and return to parchment paper.
  6. Insert lollipop sticks into each dipped cake pop and let set until hardened.
