- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup cream cheese frosting (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate candy coating (white or dark)

- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water until smooth.
- Pour batter into a greased baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely.
- Crumble the cooled cake into fine pieces in a large bowl. Mix in cream cheese frosting until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate coating according to package instructions. Dip each chilled cake ball into melted chocolate and return to parchment paper.
- Insert lollipop sticks into each dipped cake pop and let set until hardened.
