  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

  2. In a bowl, melt the butter and mix in both sugars until combined.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla.
  4. Sift together cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt; fold into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Mash raspberries in a small bowl. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared dish, add dollops of raspberry puree, and swirl gently. Top with remaining batter and repeat with more raspberry puree before swirling again.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set in the center.
