Instructions

  1. Brew strong coffee and let it cool slightly.
  2. In a bowl, mix mascarpone, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth.
  3. Dip each ladyfinger briefly into the cooled coffee and arrange them in a serving dish.
  4. Spread half of the pumpkin mixture over the ladyfingers.
  5. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and remaining filling.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Before serving, dust with cocoa powder.
