  1. Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  4. Scoop meringue onto the prepared baking sheet in desired shapes.
  5. Bake for about 1 hour until firm but soft inside; let cool in the oven with the door ajar.
  6. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Slice fresh fruits into bite-sized pieces.
  7. Once cooled, top each meringue with whipped cream and fruits.
