  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream, chilled

  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup crushed candy canes

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, cookie butter, softened butter, and powdered sugar until combined.
  3. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  4. In another bowl, whip chilled heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gradually add peppermint extract while whipping.
  5. Fold half of the whipped cream into the cookie butter mixture and spread it back into the pan.
  6. Top with remaining whipped cream and sprinkle chocolate chips and crushed candy canes on top.
