  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of lined muffin tins.
  2. Bake the crusts for 8-10 minutes until golden. Allow to cool completely.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Spoon cheesecake filling into cooled crusts, filling almost to the top. Bake for 20-25 minutes until set but slightly jiggly.
  5. Cool at room temperature before chilling in the fridge. Once chilled, drizzle melted chocolate and caramel on top.
