  4. Layer half of the cheesecake batter over crusts; top with spoonfuls of cinnamon mixture and swirl gently with a toothpick.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Cool completely before chilling in the fridge for at least four hours.
  6. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
