  • 1 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme (chopped)
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Pat turkey breast dry; season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme until blended.
  4. Gently slide fingers under the turkey skin to create pockets; spread half of the herb butter underneath and rub remaining butter on top.
