  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your carrots by washing, peeling, and cutting them into uniform pieces.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, bourbon, melted butter, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a tablespoon of butter.
