  • 9 oz cheese ravioli (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the dish.
  3. Layer half of the ravioli over the sauce, followed by an even spread of ricotta mixed with salt, pepper, and half the basil.
  4. Add another layer of marinara sauce and remaining ravioli. Top with more marinara, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
