  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 cup bell peppers (mixed colors), sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by slicing the beef and chopping the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, combine hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Add the sliced beef and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
