  • 1 tsp black pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 tbsp fresh herbs (rosemary or mint, chopped)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix harissa paste, olive oil, lemon juice, honey, minced garlic, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Stir in the chopped fresh herbs.
  3. Generously coat the lamb ribs with the marinade, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least two hours or overnight for best results.
  4. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Place marinated ribs on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast uncovered for about 2 hours until tender and caramelized.
