  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 4 pita breads
  • 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber, grated and drained
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground meat, breadcrumbs, parsley, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until just combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into small meatballs (about 1-inch diameter).
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook meatballs in batches until browned on all sides (8-10 minutes). Remove and drain on paper towels.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, salt, and pepper for tzatziki sauce.
