  • 6 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup mixed fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, parsley), chopped

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika (sweet or smoked)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  2. In a bowl, mix minced garlic, chopped herbs, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, paprika, and Dijon mustard.
  3. Rub half of the marinade over the turkey breast. Let it rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  4. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and pour remaining marinade over it.
  5. Roast for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove from oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
