Instructions

  3. In another bowl, cream the butter until smooth, then gradually add sugar.
  4. Mix in eggs one at a time followed by vanilla extract.
  5. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture gently until combined.
  6. Add mixed berries and fold until evenly distributed.
  7. Pour batter into prepared tray and bake for 30–35 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Cool slightly before dusting with icing sugar and slicing.
