Instructions

  1. Wash strawberries gently under cold water and pat dry thoroughly.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth, stirring after each interval.
  3. Hold each strawberry by its green top and dip it into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off before placing on parchment paper.
  4. While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle on desired toppings.
