  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by gathering shrimp, heavy cream, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once shimmering, sauté the shrimp until pink and opaque (about 3-4 minutes per side). Remove from the pan.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (around 30 seconds). Stir in sun-dried tomatoes.
  4. Pour in heavy cream while stirring gently. Add grated Parmesan cheese along with salt and pepper to taste. Allow to simmer for 5-7 minutes until slightly thickened.
