  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs, milk, and melted butter until smooth. Add to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. In a small bowl, mix 1/4 cup brown sugar with 2 teaspoons cinnamon for the swirl.
  5. Pour half the batter into the prepared pan, sprinkle with half of the cinnamon mixture, add remaining batter, and top with the rest of the mixture. Gently swirl through the batter with a knife.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before slicing.
