  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tsp cinnamon sugar mixture (1 tsp cinnamon + 2 tbsp sugar)
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, then vanilla. Mix in eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
  3. Fold in half of the cinnamon sugar mixture and pour over the crust.
  4. Bake for 50-60 minutes until edges are set but center jiggles slightly. Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  5. Before serving, top with whipped cream and sprinkle remaining cinnamon sugar on top.
