  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup cinnamon sugar (for crust and topping)
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and cinnamon sugar. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  2. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add in sugar and sour cream; blend well. Mix in vanilla extract and eggs one at a time until combined.
  3. Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  4. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set but slightly wobbly in the center.
  5. Let cool in the oven for an hour before refrigerating for at least four hours.
  6. Before serving, dust with extra cinnamon sugar and slice.
