  • 1/4 cup pesto sauce
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Chop mixed greens finely. Halve cherry tomatoes and slice cucumber into rounds.
  2. In a bowl, mix greens, tomatoes, and cucumber. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and toss.
  3. Slice hoagie rolls open without cutting through. Layer salami, provolone cheese, and veggie mix inside each roll.
  4. Spread pesto sauce on both sides of the roll before closing it up.
