Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Layer half of the potato slices in the dish, pour half of the cream mixture over them, and sprinkle with half of the cheese. Repeat layering.
  4. Dot butter on top before covering with foil.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes covered; then remove foil and bake for an additional 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
