- 1 lb ribeye steak
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 8 oz rigatoni pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season both sides of the ribeye steak with Cajun seasoning. Sear steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side until medium-rare. Let rest.
- In a pot of boiling salted water, cook rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain.
- In the same skillet, lower the heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and stir until slightly thickened.
- Gradually mix in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Adjust seasoning with additional Cajun spice if desired.
- Toss cooked rigatoni in the sauce until well coated. Slice rested steak against the grain and place on top of the pasta.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
