  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 8 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season both sides of the ribeye steak with Cajun seasoning. Sear steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side until medium-rare. Let rest.
  2. In a pot of boiling salted water, cook rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain.
  3. In the same skillet, lower the heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and stir until slightly thickened.
  4. Gradually mix in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Adjust seasoning with additional Cajun spice if desired.
  5. Toss cooked rigatoni in the sauce until well coated. Slice rested steak against the grain and place on top of the pasta.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
