  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup romaine or iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Cook the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Let them rest before shredding.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for about one minute. Add buffalo sauce and melted butter; mix well.
  3. Shred the cooked chicken and toss it with the buffalo sauce mixture until fully coated.
  4. Lay tortillas flat and fill each with buffalo chicken, lettuce, cheese, and ranch dressing.
  5. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly from one end to another.
