  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, combine sliced peaches with brown sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
  4. Press half the crumble mixture into the baking dish. Pour peach filling over it and top with remaining crumble.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Let cool before slicing.
