  • 1 cup peach preserves
  • 1/2 cup bourbon
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern and place it cut-side down in a roasting pan.
  3. In a bowl, mix peach preserves, bourbon, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, cinnamon, cloves, and apple cider vinegar until combined.
  4. Brush half of the glaze generously over the ham.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for about 2 hours. Remove foil during the last half hour and baste with remaining glaze every 10 minutes for optimal caramelization.
