Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl; press into the bottom of a greased springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes until golden.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract and fold in sliced bananas.
  3. Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust. Pour half of the tres leches mixture over it, then add another layer of banana slices.
  4. Top with remaining cheesecake filling and pour remaining tres leches mixture on top.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
  6. To serve, carefully release from the springform pan, slice, and garnish with whipped cream or caramel sauce if desired.
