  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 double pie crust (homemade or store-bought)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into small pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sliced apples with granulated sugar, brown sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and flour. Let sit for 10 minutes.
