Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper and preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread the mixed nuts on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 10 minutes until golden brown, stirring halfway through.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate and honey/maple syrup. Heat in 20-second increments until melted and smooth, stirring in between.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in the vanilla extract and toasted nuts until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and press down firmly to compact it. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
