Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan lightly with non-stick spray or butter.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth yet slightly chunky. Mix in granulated sugar and brown sugar.
  3. Add eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the banana mixture; stir until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and espresso powder.
  5. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined; do not overmix. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
