- In another bowl, combine milk, egg, and melted butter until smooth. Gradually mix into dry ingredients until just combined.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and grease lightly. Pour about 1/4 cup batter for each pancake; cook until bubbles form (2-3 minutes), then flip and cook until golden brown (1-2 minutes).
- In a separate skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced apples, cinnamon, and brown sugar; cook until tender (about 5 minutes). Drizzle with caramel sauce before removing from heat.
