Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and ¼ cup sugar until well mixed. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, remaining sugar, and eggs one at a time until fully blended.
  4. Fold in diced apples and cinnamon until evenly coated.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust and drizzle with caramel sauce; swirl gently with a knife.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Allow cooling completely before slicing into bars.
