- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 pound fresh asparagus
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 lemon wedges
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place salmon fillets on one side of the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Massage the spices into the fillets.
- On the other side of the baking sheet, spread asparagus spears. Drizzle lightly with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily and asparagus is tender.
- Remove from oven and squeeze fresh lemon juice over both before serving.
