  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 pound fresh asparagus
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 lemon wedges
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place salmon fillets on one side of the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Massage the spices into the fillets.
  4. On the other side of the baking sheet, spread asparagus spears. Drizzle lightly with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily and asparagus is tender.
  6. Remove from oven and squeeze fresh lemon juice over both before serving.
