  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ head green cabbage (about 4 cups shredded)
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 medium carrots, julienned
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by slicing chicken, shredding cabbage, and julienning carrots and bell peppers.

  5. Add shredded cabbage; stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes until wilted.
