  • 1 cup boiling water (for white layer)
  • 1 cup cold water (for white layer)
  • 1 cup boiling water (for blue layer)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the red layer by dissolving the red gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water. Pour into clear cups until one-third full and refrigerate for about 1 hour until set.
  2. For the white layer, dissolve unflavored gelatin and sugar in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir in 1 cup of cold water and pour over the set red layer. Chill again for another hour.
  3. Create the blue layer by repeating step one with blue gelatin, then refrigerate until fully set.
  4. Once all layers are firm, top each cup with whipped cream before serving.
