- 2 tsp spirulina powder
- 2 medium carrots, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 onion, quartered
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 bay leaves
- 12 cups filtered water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roast beef bones on a baking sheet for 30 minutes until browned.
